4. Visitors

Visitors may view public website information without creating a profile. If you contact us or use a WhatsApp journey, the details you provide and relevant communication metadata may be processed to respond and operate the service.

5. Registration and verification

Registration may use mobile verification/OTP, profile details and administrative review. Verification steps help operate the service but do not guarantee the truth of all user claims or certify a business.

6. Company and individual profiles

Profile information is used to create and maintain the profile, support directory discovery and enable features according to applicable access controls. Users should avoid entering confidential or unnecessary personal information in public-facing fields.

7. Job seeker privacy

Job seekers may provide career preferences, education, experience, resume/CV, contact details and applications. Such information should be made visible only as described by the actual workflow and user choices. Job-seeker contact details and resumes should receive stricter access controls than general public company information.

8. Buying requirements and business opportunities

Information submitted in a requirement or opportunity may be displayed to relevant users according to the workflow and membership permissions. Do not include sensitive personal data unless necessary and authorized.

9. Jobs, vacancies, alerts and applications

Vacancy details, candidate preferences, job alerts and applications may be processed to match users with relevant opportunities, deliver alerts and maintain records. FoundrySphere does not guarantee hiring, interviews or job authenticity.

10. Search, Hot Matching, saved searches and shortlists

Search terms, matching preferences, saved searches and shortlisted profiles may be processed to provide requested discovery and matching features, where those features are available for the account.

11. WhatsApp and email communications

If you contact FoundrySphere through WhatsApp or email, messages and contact details may be processed to answer enquiries, provide requested service messages, support workflows and maintain security or service records. WhatsApp and email providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Payments and membership

If paid membership is offered to you, plan, transaction reference, billing status and renewal information may be processed for payment administration, accounting, support, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Payment card or banking credentials should be handled by the relevant payment provider, not collected in ordinary chat.

13. How information is used

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used to protect information. No internet or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure; users should protect their devices, OTPs and account credentials and report suspected compromise.

18. Retention and account closure

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational records, dispute handling, security, accounting or legal obligations, and then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

19. Rights, choices and consent

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, withdraw consent, request deletion or raise a grievance. Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal retention duties and other lawful exceptions. Where consent is required, it should be obtained through a clear process.

20. Children, third-party links and changes
