1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the FoundrySphere website or using its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About FoundrySphere

FoundrySphere is an India-focused, WhatsApp-first industrial network intended to support discovery and communication in the foundry, casting and related industries. Website information is explanatory; supported features are provided through the applicable service workflows.

3. Eligibility and registration

You must provide information that is accurate and current and must have authority to act for any business you represent. Additional verification or approval may be required.

4. Genuine identity and no impersonation

Do not create a profile using another company’s name, brand, identity or contact details without authorization. Do not use fake company names, misleading credentials, false affiliations or deceptive accounts.

5. Membership categories and access

Visitor, Basic and Premium access may differ by profile type and plan. Features, contact visibility and permissions are determined by the applicable membership rules and service controls.

6. Super Admin review is not a guarantee

A profile or post may be reviewed, approved, rejected, hidden or removed. Approval or publication does not certify that a member, claim, product, job or opportunity is genuine, safe, suitable or commercially reliable.

7. Prohibited content

Pornographic, sexually explicit, obscene, exploitative or otherwise unlawful content, images and videos are prohibited. Threats, harassment, hate, spam, malware, unlawful material and content infringing others’ rights are also prohibited. Users remain responsible for material they submit, even if it is reviewed or approved.

8. Accuracy and responsibility for submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of profiles, products, service descriptions, requirements, job vacancies, resumes, messages, images and other material you submit. Correct or remove outdated or misleading information promptly.

9. Business directory and third-party claims

Directory listings and business information are provided to assist discovery. Unless expressly stated and verifiably implemented, listing, ranking, featuring or paid visibility is not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of quality.

10. Buying requirements and business opportunities

Users must submit genuine, lawful and sufficiently clear requirements or opportunities and must not misrepresent authority, budget, demand, supply, location or intent. Availability of a post does not guarantee a response or transaction.

11. Jobs, careers and job seekers

Employers are responsible for lawful and accurate vacancies and fair recruitment practices. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of resumes and applications. Never request or send money on the assumption that a job is guaranteed. Contact and resume information should be shared only as permitted by the applicable privacy and visibility controls.

12. No involvement in commercial transactions

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, FoundrySphere is a discovery and communication platform, not a party to transactions between members, a broker, escrow agent, payment guarantor, product certifier or guarantor of delivery, quality, payment or performance.

13. Complaints and disputes between users

Users are responsible for independently verifying counterparties and resolving commercial disputes. FoundrySphere may, at its discretion and subject to law, review a complaint or restrict access, but does not guarantee investigation, recovery, settlement or a particular outcome. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. Membership fees, renewals and refunds

Fees, billing periods, renewal terms and any cancellation or refund rules will be shown in the applicable official plan or separate policy. Do not rely on informal statements that conflict with the published plan. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.

15. Privacy and contact details

Personal and business information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Members must not scrape, harvest, misuse, sell or unlawfully disclose contact details, job-seeker data or other information accessed through the service.

16. Intellectual property

You must own or have permission to submit logos, photographs, documents and other content. You grant only the limited permissions reasonably needed to operate, display, review and promote your submitted content in connection with the service, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

17. Third-party services and availability

WhatsApp, email, hosting, payment and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms and may experience interruptions. FoundrySphere does not control third-party availability or policies.

18. Suspension and termination

Access or content may be limited, suspended or terminated for suspected fraud, impersonation, prohibited content, abuse, security risks, non-payment or legal compliance. Where appropriate and legally required, notice or an opportunity to respond may be provided.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FoundrySphere is not responsible for indirect losses or the independent conduct, claims, products, services, jobs or transactions of users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer/statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated to reflect service, operational or legal changes. The current published version applies from its stated effective date. Indian law applies, and courts at Kolhapur, Maharashtra may have jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.
